Each group of apartments has numerous floor plans and models to choose from. Whether you are a single adult or empty nester wanting quiet views or you are an active family wanting easy access to one of our many courtyards that have plenty of room for active children or small gatherings, Apple Creek has the location, floor plans and the amenities that can make Apple Creek your next home.

Located in Arvada, Colorado, Apple Creek is convenient to local shopping centers with major grocery stores, schools, churches, a variety of restaurants both fast food and fine dining and many other local shopping and recreational destinations. Our well-designed property is off the main road and accessed by a short lane. Once you are on the premises you will be surprised at the innovative architectural layout with apartment homes clustered around courtyards.

When you first visit Apple Creek the first impression is that we are very small. Once you approach the main leasing office you will see that the intimate, small neighborhood feeling comes from the excellent architectural design of clustering the apartment homes around shared courtyards. Adding to the community feeling is the landscaping that has matured to create park like settings throughout the property. With a variety of evergreen trees, deciduous trees and other foundation and ornamental plantings, our courtyards and walking paths offer an excellent opportunity for enjoying the outdoors.
