- Memory Care – Our Sunrise Senior Living Signature Reminiscence Neighborhood is available to address the unique needs of residents with memory loss and other forms of memory impairments. In addition, The Stratford also offers Terrace Club for seniors who wish to help reduce the risk of memory loss along with those with early stage memory loss. Specially designed and beautifully appointed settings, safe and stimulating everyday activities, and 24-hour support by trained caregivers, all contribute to ensuring quality of life at any stage of memory loss.
- Rehabilitative Therapy – For individuals who are restoring their health through physical, occupational or speech therapies, The Stratford can help. On-site therapy can be coordinated through The Stratford's on-site Medicare Certified therapy provider or you can bring in another provider of your choice into your home.
- In-Home Supportive Care Options – Residents may arrange for the coordination of in-home healthcare and support services. Our on-site healthcare professional will help ensure coordination of supportive services, and partner with a formal and informal system of senior care professionals to assist our residents in emerging real life situations and providing tools to address them.
